of fasteners and assembly components to the heavy truck, automotive and other
manufacturing markets grew faster than 20% a year from 1981 to its sale in 1999.
We grew Flexalloy by motivating our people to perform at their best and by motivating
our customers to spend more money. Flexalloy spoiled its customers with incredible
service and impeccable quality. We evolved from a local supplier to a national
powerhouse by outperforming the competition in every area. The two principal architects
