Andrew started Big Game Capital in August, 2000 to place private equity investments
from the proceeds of the sale of Flexalloy Inc. Flexalloy was an industrial distribution
company that he was president and owner of from 1981 through 1999. The company had an
aggressive average annual growth rate without acquisition. Flexalloy was a leader and
innovator in its industry. Andy recently founded a successful charity in the Cleveland
area called The Human Fund to cultivate arts programs for Cleveland kids. He graduated
from Dartmouth College in 1977 and Hawken School in 1973.

Former President of Geotrac, Inc. Norwalk, Ohio. Sold company to Fidelity National Finance in July of 2004.
Prior to this, Jim was Vice President, Global Sourcing with the Commercial Solutions Group, Textron Fastening Systems.
He also held positions in Operations and Purchasing management at Flexalloy, Inc. Jim graduated with a BBA from
the University of Toledo in 1985. Jim, his wife Kerri, and their 3 children reside in North Royalton, OH.

Chris graduated in 1989 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Chris initially settled in Chicago in 1990 working on the trading floor at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
He worked all aspects of a filling brokerage from runner to broker before leaving to join Big Game Capital in 2000.
Chris, his wife Chrissy, and their three children live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Dan graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and
Computer Technology and spent 8 years as the Marketing Director for the Zapis Radio Group in
Cleveland, Ohio including WZAK 93.1 FM and Jammin 92.3FM. After leading the Marketing and Web
Design departments for the streaming radio station ClevelandHits.com, Dan joined the team as
Director of New Media Development. He currently oversees the 10,000 Lakes Festival investment.

Bill enters his 10th season in professional baseball and serves as the General Manager of the Daytona Cubs.
He joined the Cubs in October of 2003 after gaining a combined 6 years of experience in Minor League Baseball
with the Lynchburg Hillcats and Hagerstown Suns. Bill was tabbed as the “Executive of the Year” for the Florida
State League this past season. Under his watchful eye the Daytona Cubs franchise was recognized for its successful
2006 season and continued contribution to Minor League Baseball by being named the winner of Baseball America's
2006 Bob Freitas “Organization of the Year” Award for the Single-A level. Papierniak graduated from James Madison
University with a B.B.A in management. He and his wife live in Port Orange, FL along with their two children.
